We are a family friendly event. A lot of artists brought their families during the past two celebrations and we encourage everyone to bring their family with them this year.

All parents should attend to their children and are responsible for their safety and well being at all times. If the children population is large enough, special activities will be provided for them during the festival.

We want to keep the cost of attending this festival as low as possible. While many of the festival participants will pay for themselves it is suggested that regional member organizations should contribute to help cover the expenses. As soon as this plan is finalized we will post the result of this proposal.

Presently, our ideal registration fee is 500.00 Php per person. This covers meals for the two and a half day event, a campsite with comfortable facilities where you can put up your own tent, conference kit, and tickets for the two cultural shows. For an additonal fee, one can rent a room within the campsite. Free t-shirts and other event merchandises are lined up in the plan depending on funds raised.

To offset registration fee, we are looking for a number of corporate and individual sponsors.
